Cercis x 'Merlot'

A hybrid cross that combines the dark purple foliage of 'Forest Pansy' with a more heat-tolerant, leathery leaf. This makes it a much tougher tree that keeps its dark "Merlot" color crisp and vibrant even in hot, dry spells.
