Shipping & Delivery

Plants in 1 and 2 gallon pots are eligible for shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS for larger sizes. Plants larger than 2 gallon may be delivered locally. Please refer to our Local Delivery Details (see below) for more information. 

We are unable to ship internationally, to US territories, and to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, and Hawaii. 

You will be charged for your purchase at the time of placing your order, not when the plants are shipped. Orders will be reserved when they are received, and the payment is fully processed, and your plants will be marked as sold and set aside for shipment. 

Shipping dates for 2026 are as follows: May 25 – June 5 and September 28 – October 9. During these dates we will pack and ship orders. You may place your orders at any time during our open season; however, shipment will not occur until these dates. 

We have a flat rate for shipping per plant. This rate includes current UPS rates, the cost of packing materials, and the time of our staff. These costs may be subject to change. 

We are unable to provide pictures directly to customers of particular plants. We are working to get reference pictures onto our website, but please understand that with our limited time each day we will not be able to text or email pictures to individuals.  

Local delivery is available to customers within a 45 mile radius from our nursery. The zones and rates are subject to change. 

Our local delivery zones and rates are: 

30 Miles = $175

45 Miles = $225

 If you are outside of the 45 mile radius and wish to arrange for delivery, please contact us prior to purchasing your plants. Different rates will apply. Delivery may be accommodated for locations within New York State and bordering states. 

Some plant material may be too large for us to handle for local delivery. This requires a landscaper with machinery and transport that manages large trees and shrubs. If this is the case, we can provide information for you to arrange special pickup and delivery.
