Blechnum spicant

A classic native fern that features two distinct types of fronds: flat, evergreen sterile fronds that form a ground-hugging rosette, and upright, "comb-like" fertile fronds that rise from the center. It thrives in cool, moist, shaded areas and provides excellent year-round structure.
